Access to and use of pk10 services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:
Each individual may hold only one active pk10 account at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different identity — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk10 will consolidate balances, void associated bonuses, and may permanently close all associated accounts.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at all subsequent points where pk10 requests updated information for verification purposes. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, CNIC number (where requested), and payment method details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk10 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify pk10 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. pk10 will never contact you to request your password under any circumstances.
You may request the closure of your pk10 account at any time by contacting our 24/7 Live Chat support team. Outstanding balances will be returned to your verified payment method after identity verification is completed and all active bonus wagering requirements have been evaluated in accordance with Section 5 of these Terms.
pk10 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR-denominated transactions are processed at zero conversion fee. USDT transactions are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of processing.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of identity verification (KYC) requirements. pk10 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and payment method ownership confirmation — prior to approving any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
By depositing funds into your pk10 account, you confirm that all funds originate from legitimate sources and that you are not using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illicit financial activity. pk10 cooperates fully with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under its international gaming license.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and seasonal campaigns offered by pk10 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms page.
pk10 maintains automated and manual monitoring systems to detect abuse of promotional offers. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; exploiting errors in bonus calculations; or coordinating with other players to systematically extract value from promotions.
During Pakistan Super League (PSL) season and major Pakistani public holidays including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Independence Day, pk10 may offer enhanced odds, deposit bonuses, or free bet promotions. These are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at pk10's discretion at any time.
All bets placed on pk10 are subject to acceptance by pk10 at its sole discretion. pk10 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation reference number from the pk10 system. Bets submitted but not confirmed due to technical errors, network failure, or odds unavailability are not valid.
Where odds are published in error — including but not limited to palpable errors, pricing mistakes, or system faults — pk10 reserves the right to void any affected bets, regardless of whether they have been confirmed or settled. pk10 will notify affected players and return stakes to their account wallet within 5 business days.
If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not replayed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all outstanding bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Bets on markets that have been fully determined prior to any cancellation will stand and be settled accordingly.
pk10 imposes maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface. Any winnings in excess of published maximum payout limits will not be paid and the excess will be forfeited.
All casino games available on pk10 — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and instant-win products — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-streamed from licensed studio facilities. Each game's individual rules, paytable, and return-to-player (RTP) percentage are accessible within the game interface.
In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, the outcome of the round in progress will be determined by the game server's record. pk10 accepts no liability for losses caused by the player's own internet or device failure. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a server-side fault, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's wallet.
Progressive jackpot games are subject to their own specific terms and conditions provided by the respective game studio. pk10 does not guarantee jackpot availability and jackpot seed values may vary. All jackpot wins are subject to the maximum payout limits outlined in Section 6.4.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pk10 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
pk10 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction; or a court order or regulatory directive requiring account action.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, pk10 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where a final determination of breach is made, balances associated with fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity may be forfeited in full. Balances unconnected to any breach will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
pk10 will endeavour to provide written notification of any account suspension or closure to the email address registered on the account, except where providing such notification would prejudice an active fraud investigation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk10 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the pk10 platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.
pk10 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is restricted by law, pk10's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted.
Under no circumstances shall pk10's aggregate liability to any player exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk10 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pk10 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with identity verification providers, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities as required under our licensing obligations. pk10 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pk10 will provide notice via email to the address registered on your account and/or via a prominent notice on the pk10 platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
Your continued use of the pk10 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk10 holds its international gaming license. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law.
In the event of a dispute between you and pk10, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. pk10 commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by pk10's licensing authority.
Class action proceedings or the consolidation of individual claims into group proceedings against pk10 are expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
